This cocktail we fondly refer to as our “Saturday Sipper Cocktail”. It uses a few ounces of red wine, which we usually have leftover from Wednesday or Thursday night and need to finish.  If you plan ahead, I’m sure you can also save a little bit of your red wine for this cocktail.
