It’s kinda hard to find delicious, tropically- inspired  martini recipes with vodka, so I’m excited for you to try this coconut martini, one of the most perfect cocktails with vanilla vodka to enjoy on a summer day!

A Delicious Martini Recipe with Vodka!

Equipment

• 1 Cocktail Shaker
• 1 Martini Glass

Ingredients

  

1x2x3x

• 1 ounce rum
• 1 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
• 1 1/2 ounce coconut rum
• 1/2 ounce Goya Cream of Coconut
• toasted coconut

Instructions

 

• Prep your cocktail glass by running a lime along the edge and pressing the rim into a plate filled with toasted toasted coconut.
• Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add rum, vodka, coconut rum, and Goya Cream of Coconut.
• Shake, shake, shake and strain into your prepared cocktail glass. Enjoy!
