MARGARITA RECIPE

This traditional margarita is made from tequila, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and a splash of Grand Marnier.

Equipment

• 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients

• 2 ounces high quality tequila
• 2 ounces fresh lime juice
• 3/4 ounces Simple Syrup
• 3/4 ounces Grand Marnier
• 1 small plate cocktail salt

Instructions

 

• Place all your ingredients (tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, simple syrup and a wedge of squeezed lime in a cocktail shaker (I love this set with everything you’ll need!) with ice.
• Shake vigorously eight times, back and forth.
• Salt the rim of your glass and fill with ice.
• Pour into your glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
