Festive Pumpkin Pie Martini Recipe
November 21, 2018Soooo the other day the hubs came home with a bottle of something called “RumChata” and I thought he was crazy. We are more the “clear spirited” type of family around here.. so for him to bring this cream based rum into the house was a totally different spin on the norm. But, since this is 2020 and I’ve basically given up on anything being normal anymore, I gave him and poured myself a wee little nip. And let me tell you…we’ve already been back to the liquor store three times to buy not only more for ourselves but for my parents too! It’s THAT GOOD. Anyway, I was pretty determined (hell bent more like it) to turn this creamy sensation into an inspired fall and holiday themed cocktail. Introducing this festive Pumpkin Pie Martini that seriously tastes like fall in a glass. Cheers friends!
PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI
Recipe makes one serving.
– 1 ounceĀ Grey Goose Vanilla Vodka
– 3 ouncesĀ Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
– 2 ouncesĀ RumChata
– 2 ounces milk (or milk alternative)
– graham crackers, honey, and cinnamon for garnish
DIRECTIONS
First, take two small plates and swirl some honey on one plate and crushed graham crackers on the other plate. Next, take your chilled martini glass (love these!) and dip upside down into the honey first, and then into the crushed graham crackers. Your martini glass will be nicely rimmed with graham crackers. Set to the side.
Now, place all of your ingredients into a martini shaker (love this pretty rose gold one)Ā filled with ice. Shake, shake, shake to combine. Pour your mixture into your rimmed martini glass and sprinkle with cinnamon! Cheers!
