One of my sweet girlfriends gifted me bottle of homemade Kahlua for the holidays. And it is (was?) delicious. It made me instantly crave one of my old time favorite cocktails, the Espresso Martini. I mean can you say throwback? Rumor has it that this cocktail was invented to answer the ask of a “top European model” to make something that would “wake” her up and “f*ck” her up at the same time. I hate admitting it, but as a classy lady in my 30s…I feel that. So without further ado, here is my recipe for the timeless frothy and delicious Espresso Martini.

ESPRESSO MARTINI RECIPE

Take your chilled martini glass (love these!) and set to the side.

Next, place all of your ingredients into a martini shaker (love this pretty rose gold one) filled with ice. Shake, shake, shake to combine. Pour your mixture into your chilled martini glass and garnish with your espresso beans! Cheers!
