It’s been SO LONG since I’ve shared a new cocktail recipe with you, so I totally owe you all something refreshing and easy to put together. Today, I’m sharing with you this classic little cocktail that brings me back to the beaches of Mexico. You guessed it, here is my spin on the classic, delicious Paloma cocktail! I love a quick and tasty cocktail, something you can whip up in a matter of seconds and is as easy as 1, 2, 3! That’s why this three ingredient, tequila-based Paloma cocktail recipe is absolutely impossible not to love….perfect for when you need a cocktail without any frills of fuss. It’s perfect for a quick Friday night cocktail, or as something quick to mix up for friends and family. I personally love making this cocktail when we host a BBQ or summer backyard party. Paloma Cocktail

This three ingredient Paloma cocktail recipe is absolutely impossible not to love….perfect for when you need a cocktail without any frills of fuss.

Equipment

• 1 Collins Glass
• 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients

  

1x2x3x

• 2 ounces tequila
• 1/4 - 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 4 ounces Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda

Instructions

 

• First, take your Collins Glass and begin by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then roll it in a small dish of salt.
• Next take your cocktail shaker, fill with ice and add your tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice (I like this hand juicer).
• Put the lid on your cocktail shaker and shake, shake shake!
• Pour the entire contents of your cocktail shaker into your prepared Collins Glass and top with Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda.
• Garnish with a lime, a slice of grapefruit and possibly a sprig of rosemary and ENJOY!
