NOTE: Instead of Simple Syrup you can also use Blueberry Simple Syrup! Making blueberry simple syrup is EASY! I just use my mom’s true and tested recipe. To make the blueberry simple syrup, dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water over high heat, next add 1 cup blueberries to the pot and simmer on low until the mixture coats the back of a spoon and all the blueberries pop. Last, let the syrup cool and then strain into a small bottle with a stopper (like this). This will store up to one month in the fridge.

I wish you would make your recipes photo or print able. Too many times I have to take 2 photos to get to whole recipe. Pretty annoying. Love your website though!
