I’m always looking for an excuse to make a yummy cocktail and the upcoming holidays seem like the perfect occasion! I mean.. we all gotta survive somehow right?! Now you all probably remember this Scratch Margarita Recipe I posted on National Tequila Day… well, last year I took that recipe and put a fun little spin on it using some extra cranberry relish I had made for Thanksgiving Dinner. It turned out amazing and was a huge hit with the family.  See below for the best scratch cranberry margarita recipe! Cheers!

Cranberry Margarita Recipe

A festive and fun margarita to shake up during the holiday season!

Equipment

• 1 Cocktail Shaker
• 1 Collins Glass

Ingredients

  

1x2x3x

• 2 oz Tequila
• .75 oz Grand Marnier
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• .75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 tbsp Cranberry Relish
• 3 tbsp organic sugar to rim your glass
• Optional crushed graham cracker
• 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions

 

• First, run a wedge of lime around the edge of your glass and dip into sugar to rim your glass and fill it with ice.
  1 lime
• Set side. Next, place the Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, simple syrup, fresh cranberry relish and a wedge of squeezed lime in a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake vigorously eight times and pour into your prepped glass.
• For a fun twist, consider using crushed graham crackers to rim your glass.
