LEMON GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL

A bright and refreshing cocktail made with a few simple ingredients.

Equipment

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Collins Glass

Ingredients

2 ounces Gin
4 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
2-4 ounces Club Soda top your glass/to taste
1 sprig fresh mint
1 slice organic lemon

Instructions

Fill two glasses and your cocktail shaker with ice.
Add your gin, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously 6-8 times.
Strain liquid into your glasses filled with ice.
Lastly top each off with club soda, fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.
